These are the reasons for the American Revolution...

British Taxes were too high.
The Americans wanted to be free, to have their liberty from Britian.
America thought it was ridiculous for a small country such as Britian to be ruling a much bigger country.

Here are the measures ive learned so far...


1 yard = 36 inches
1 yard = 3 feet
1 foot = 12 inches
1 mile = 5280 feet

1 gallon = 4 quarts
1 quart = 2 pints
1 pint = 2 cups
1 cup = 8 ounces
